This past week, I had a major water line issue that Staruk immediately corrected. The water in my home stopped working, and for days I could not get an excavator to help me out. Mind you, I had work travel already scheduled, so I was already under a lot of pressure to bring the water back before I left town. When I contacted Staruk, not only did they respond to my emergency in a timely manner, they were empathetic to my travel situation and came on a Sunday to begin work. I want to highlight this part because I'm very appreciative of their accommodation. Chris and his team were professional in performing their duties. They efficiently and effectively solved the problem the day before my flight. Their highly experienced skillset confirmed that I can depend on them for future needs. Truly great work!

I called Chris to come and check a water coming from my yard since the town advised water supply line was broken on my property. He came right away to help us because the water was shut off by town. He inspected and found out that there was a broken pipe from curb stop on my property. He replace water supply line from road curb stop to water meter with a good price and did everything in one day. He was great, did everything as soon as possible and my family and I was able to have water back in the house. Thank you Chris for being so efficient, reliable and willing to work as quick as possible since this was an emergency.

We had a Wonderful experience from start to finish Chris was quick to answer any questions, and we had plenty. He explained the process from start to finish and finished before schedule on a 85 degree day! He even helped us come up with a plan to divert water to curb our flooding issue.
